1) Avoid food products that contain alot of ingredients that are unfamiliar, unpronounceable. i Use my 5 rule( If there are 5 or more ingredients on the label that I have never heard of, I say all the best to that product). Also products that are high in fructose corn syrup.
2) You are what you eat, so remember that you can’t look hot, with a six-pack when all you eat and drink doesn’t promote that.
3) Shop the peripheries of the grocery stores/supermarkets, avoid the middle as much as possible. More fresh, healthier foods in the periphries, and too many sugary, sodium filled products in the middle Aisles. Please use common sense and pay attention to what you put in yourself.!
4) Consult your gut.
5) Regard traditional foods with skepticism. Sometimes we only eat because of how we feel and what we remember when we eat them. Most of the foods aren’t good for you, they only make you feel good for a minute. We like going to fast food places or eating gravy drenched something because we did as kids and Mom and Dad gave it to us. Things were fun in most of our cases when we were kids, so we try to sometimes relieve those times through food”. And most of these foods really are back and they suck……….

I am currently hitting the gym 3x a week, hot yoga 2x a week, and alternating running and swimming 2x a week
